Fees

Coincall’s Options and Futures have different fees that vary by product and are calculated as a percentage of the underlying asset of the contract.

Trading Fees

A trading fee will be charged after opening or closing a position. The trading fee for each transaction is calculated based on the underlying asset’s Spot Index price at the time of the order completion (capped at 12.5% of the option’s price).

1. Options Trading Fee Formula:

Trading Fee = Minimum (Trading Fee Rate * Index Price * Contract Unit, 12.5% * Option Price) * Option Size

Example:

User A bought an option BTC-29SEP23-30000-C:

• Premium: 1,000 USDT
• Trading Fee Rate: 0.15%
• Quantity: 1 contract

User A places a Limit Buy Order for 1 BTCUSDT Options contract with a 1,000 USDT premium. The order was executed when the BTCUSDT Spot Index price hits 30,000 USDT.

In this case, Transaction Fee = Minimum (0.15% * 30,000, 12.5% * 1,000) * 1 = 9 USDT

2. Futures Trading Fee Formula:

Trading Fee = Number of Contracts * Trade Price * Fee Rate

3. Spots Trading Fee Formula:

Trading Fee = Number of Token * Trade Price * Fee Rate

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are charged whenever the Options is exercised. The option delivery fee for each transaction is calculated based on the settlement price at the time of the order completion (capped at 12.5% of the option’s value).

Formula:

Options Delivery Fee = Minimum [Delivery Fee Rate * Settlement Price * Contract Unit, 12.5% * (Settlement Price - Strike Price)] * Position Size

Example:

User A bought an option BTC-29SEP23-30000-C:

• Strike Price: 30,000 USDT
• Quantity: 1 contract
• Settlement Price: 35,000 USDT
• Premium: 1,000 USDT
• Delivery Fee Rate: 0.015%

In this case, Delivery Fee = Minimum [0.015% * 35,000, 12.5% * (35,000 − 30,000)] * 1 = 5.25 USDT

Deposit and Withdrawal Fees

We do not charge fees for deposits.
