What is the Coincall Affiliate Program？

The CoinCall affiliate program offers commission rebates to you based on the transaction fees generated by your invitees in Futures and Options trading. In addition, you can also enjoy exclusive benefits for your account with us.

Coincall Affiliate Program membership requirements

1. The program is divided into 3 levels based on the number of new customers and trading volume requirements. Each level corresponds to different commission rates and benefits.
2. Your referral commission rate will be reviewed and adjusted every quarter (90 days). Existing CoinCall Affiliates that meet the requirements below can continue to receive referral commission benefits, which will be valid for the next 90 days from the day of evaluation.
3. If you meet the requirements, you will be promoted to a higher level; if not, you will be demoted to the previous level.

Trading Volume is calculated monthly (from the first day of each month or of activation - to the last calendar day of the month) and the referral rebate % will be adjusted on the first calendar day of each month according to the performance of the previous period. A user who registers, deposits, and performs at least one trade during the month is considered a “New trader”.

Level Progression

To increase to the next level, the affiliate must complete the minimum requirements of each tier. To remain in that tier, the affiliate must meet the minimum requirements each month. For example: to become Level 2, the affiliate’s invitees must have a total trading volume of >500k$ monthly AND invite a minimum of 25 new traders for the month.

Terms and Conditions

1. Referrers will start earning a commission when a referee signs up with Coincall and whenever their referees complete a trade on the Coincall platform. Upon the registration of a referee, referrers will be able to receive commissions on the trades of their referees.

2. Referral commissions are calculated based on the referee's Net Trading Fee Income. If the referee's counterparty has a negative trading fee rate, the final commission will be calculated based on the actual net trading fees incurred. 

   • For taker orders (when the counterparty has a positive maker fee rate), Net commissions = taker fee *  X%
   • For taker orders (when the counterparty has a negative maker fee rate), Net commissions = (taker fee + maker fee) * X%
   • For maker orders, Net commissions = maker fee * X%

    For example, If the referee is a maker and the trading fee is negative, the referrer and the referee will not receive a commission. If the referee is a taker, assuming that the fee is 20U and the counterparty generates a fee of -5U, the net trading fee is 15U. 

3. The commission fee will be denominated in USDT;

4. Referral commissions will be calculated in real-time every minute, updated at 17:00 (Hong Kong time). 

5. The referral will not earn a commission from the invitee under the following circumstances: 
   a) If the counterparty has negative trading fees, that portion needs to be deducted from the net fees first.
   b) The trade order involves the use of a trial bonus.
   c) The invitee is at options VIP 1 level or higher.
6. Coincall has updated its trading fees and commission policy. The referrer can earn up to a 40% commission rebate if the invitee is a regular user, 20% if the invitee is at VIP 1, and no rebate for invitees at VIP 2 or higher.  Learn more about the VIP program >>

7. Referral Commissions will be credited to the Coincall account after a daily settlement is completed.

8. The referee must register using the exclusive referral link (QR code, invitation code) to enjoy the corresponding commission rate.

9. If you refer an institutional client to Coincall through your account manager, you will receive a 10% commission for the first two months after the client registers an account.

10. Coincall reserves the right to adjust the commission rate based on actual conditions and to adjust the activity rules.

11. Coincall does not allow any user to engage in self-invitation behavior through multiple accounts. Once detected, all commissions will be canceled, and the invited account's fee cashback will also be canceled.

12. Coincall does not allow any employee or freelancer to join the Affiliate Program. Once detected, all commissions will be canceled, and the invited account's fee cashback will also be canceled.

13. For participants engaged in fraudulent or illegal activities during the period, Coincall reserves the right to disqualify them and revoke all commissions, including registering bulk accounts to obtain additional bonuses, using "phishing websites" containing referral links, posting referral links as advertisements on search engines such as Google and Bing, and any other activities related to illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
