FAQ

1. How does the Coincall Referral program work?

Suppose that user A invites user B through a referral link. Users A and B can jointly earn a maximum of 30% of the referral commission from the transaction fees generated by user B's trades on Coincall.

2. How long does the Coincall Referral Program last?

Coincall's Referral Program is a long-term incentive program and has no official end date.

3. How is the percentage for the shared commission set?

The inviter can set the commission ratio allocated to the invitee under the "Change Commission Ratio Settings."

For example, User A invites User B, and the total commission is 30%. User A can set their own commission ratio to 25%, and User B's commission ratio to 5%. 

4. What is a qualified referee?

A qualified referee refers to a friend who registers a Coincall account successfully via your referral link or code.

If your friend has previously registered through another person's invitation link or registered directly without using any invitation link, the account cannot become your referee.

5. Will I earn commission from referees who trade on Subaccounts?

Yes. The sub-account will inherit the invitation relationship and commission ratio of the parent account. That is, the inviter will receive the trading commission of the referee's sub-account, and the referee's sub-account will also enjoy the same commission ratio as the parent account.

6. Is there any limitations to the number of referees I can invite?

There is no limit to the number of referees that can be invited per account.

Terms and Conditions

1. Referrers will start earning a commission when a referee signs up with Coincall and whenever their referees complete a trade on the Coincall platform. Upon the registration of a referee, referrers will be able to receive commissions on the trades of their referees.

2. Referral commissions are derived from the referee's Net Trading Fee ( Net Trading Fee = Trading fee - fee discounts).

   For example:

   • Assuming A invited B, and the total commission rebate is 30%, with A's commission set at 20% and B's at 10%.
   • Assuming B incurs a taker fee of 20U, and the counterparty is a maker with negative fees of 5U, the net fees collected by the exchange for this order would be 20 - 5 = 15U.
   • A would then earn a commission of 15 * 20% = 3U, while B would earn a commission of 15 * 10% = 1.5U.

3. The commission fee will be denominated in USDT;

4. Referral commissions will be calculated in real-time every minute, updated at 17:00 (Hong Kong time).

5. Referral Commissions will be credited to the Coincall account after the daily settlement is completed.

6. The referee must register using the exclusive referral link (QR code, invitation code) to enjoy the corresponding commission rate.

7. The referral will not earn a commission from the invitee under the following circumstances: 
   a) If the counterparty has negative trading fees, that portion needs to be deducted from the net fees first.
   b) The trade order involves the use of a trial bonus.
   c) The invitee is at options VIP 1 level or higher.
8. Coincall has updated its trading fees and commission policy. The referrer can earn up to a 40% commission rebate if the invitee is a regular user, 20% if the invitee is at VIP 1, and no rebate for invitees at VIP 2 or higher.  Learn more about the VIP program >>

9. Coincall reserves the right to adjust the commission rate based on actual conditions and to adjust the activity rules.

10. Coincall does not allow any user to engage in self-invitation behavior through multiple accounts. If detected, all commissions will be canceled, and the invited account's fee cashback will also be canceled.

11. For participants engaged in fraudulent or illegal activities during the period, Coincall reserves the right to disqualify them and revoke all commissions, including registering bulk accounts to obtain additional bonuses, using "phishing websites" containing referral links, posting referral links as advertisements on search engines such as Google and Bing, and any other activities related to illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
