When will I receive the rewards?

• Once the campaign ends, rewards will be distributed to your account within 7-14 days. However, the time range may vary depending on the specific event.

Can I register multiple accounts to participate in the campaign?

• Unfortunately, Coincall only allows one account per user to be registered. Users deemed to have used multiple accounts in an attempt to win multiple prizes will be disqualified from the event.

What is the strike price for the option position that will be distributed as a reward?

• The option positions for the campaign rewards will be purchased three to seven days after the campaign ends. The strike price of the option position depends on the market conditions, and the specific position will be announced at the final stage of the event.

What is the contract expiration date for the option position rewards?

• The expiration date of the contract will be within 3 months of the distribution date. This timeframe depends on market conditions and liquidity, and cannot be fixed in advance.

Can I withdraw the funds earned from rewards?

• Of course, all the profit you earn from the option position can be withdrawn or traded. Please note that you can only profit from the positions after the contract has expired in profit, or if you sell it before the expiration date.

How can I confirm the distribution of rewards to my account?

• The position will be assigned to your account, and you can view it under the "Position" tab. If you require additional details, please contact our support team HERE.

Must I complete account verification to qualify for the rewards?

• Rewards distribution varies between each Campaign. Please check the terms and conditions to confirm this requirement!

Please note that registrations made outside of this promotion page: HERE during the event period will not be eligible for receiving rewards. If you registered both on the Coincall official website and promotion page, you will also be excluded from the winner list.
