COINCALL PRICE RANGE EVENT OPTION – USER AGREEMENT
This User Agreement (“Agreement”) sets out the terms and conditions that govern your participation in the Coincall Price Range Event Options product (“Price Range Event Options”). By participating, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, Coincall’s Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and any other applicable policies issued by Coincall. You further acknowledge and agree that Coincall shall have full discretion in the interpretation and enforcement of this Agreement, and that all decisions made by Coincall in this regard shall be final and binding.
 
1. Product Overview
Price Range Event Options is a Event Options-based product that allows eligible Coincall users to forecast whether selected cryptocurrency assets (e.g. BTC, ETH) will remain within a specified price range at a predefined expiry depending on the contract. For avoidance of doubt, it is noted that:
  • The contract herewith refers to a payout (computed as the amount invested multiplied by (1+ Return), Return being indicated in the product characteristics).
    • If, at expiry, the asset price remains within the predicted range, the user will earn the payout.
    • If the price falls outside the range, there is no profit, and users will incur a total loss of their predicted amount.
  • For the sake of clarity, he options are European-type instead of American-type and will expire at a predefined expiry date.
  • The APRs, where stipulated, are for indicative purposes only. Only the payout is contractual in nature.
  • No secondary market and no margining is applicable.

 

2. Participation Conditions
  • Each eligible user may enter one or more Event Options per period, subject to the rules of each specific Event Options.
  • Each Event Options must:
    • Be submitted within the designated submission window;
    • Specify an asset (e.g., BTC/ETH), a price range (e.g., $60,000 - $63,000), and an expiry date;
    • Be accompanied by the required stake in USDT or another supported stablecoin.
  • Once submitted, Event Options may not be modified or cancelled.
  • Coincall reserves the right to reject or cancel any submitted Event Options, in its sole discretion, where operational, legal, compliance, or risk considerations so require. Users will be refunded their stake only where applicable and not already subject to exposure or settlement.

 

3. Event Options Period
Each Event Options will specify:
  • The eligible cryptocurrency;
  • The Event Options expiry (e.g. a date);
  • The range boundaries;
  • The expiry time ;
  • The Return .
 
4. Settlement
  • Settlement Price : the settlement price for Price Range Event Options is the arithmetic average of the underlying index price 30 minutes before expiration.
  • Exercise Settlement Time : the exercise settlement time is 08:00 (UTC) on the expiration date of the contract.
  • Exercise Settlement Contract : the exercise settlement contract is the option contract with an expiration date on the same day.
  • Coincall may use data from multiple exchanges or index providers to determine the settlement price and reserves the right to exclude data points it reasonably considers to be erroneous or manipulative.

 

 
5. Payout & Profit Conditions
  • If the settlement price at expiry is within the user’s selected price range (inclusive), the user will receive a predefined payout.
  • If the settlement price is outside the selected price range, the user’s staked amount will be lost.
  • Payouts, if any, are credited automatically to the user’s Coincall account.
  • Coincall shall not be liable for any delays or errors in crediting payouts caused by system errors, force majeure events, or third-party data provider outages.

 

6. Eligibility
To participate, users must:
  • Hold an active Coincall account in good standing;
  • Be located in a jurisdiction where participation is legal and not restricted by applicable law or regulation;
  • Not be employees, contractors, or related parties.
  • Coincall reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate participation by any user at its discretion if required to comply with applicable laws, internal policies, or to manage risks.
 
Participation is prohibited in restricted jurisdictions including, but not limited to, the United Kingdom, Netherlands, and any other jurisdiction as may be updated by Coincall from time to time. Refer to the below prohibited countries’ list:

7. Risk Warning
Price Range Predict involves financial risk, including the total loss of staked capital that is being staked. It is intended for users with an understanding of market volatility and should not be considered investment advice. By participating, you confirm that you understand and accept these risks.
Users acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your trading decisions, and Coincall shall bear no liability for any direct or indirect losses incurred through participation.
 
8. Notification of Results
Users will be notified of the result of their Event Options via the Coincall platform and/or email within 24 hours following the expiry time.
 
9. Amendments and Cancellation
Coincall reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate Price Range Predict or this Agreement at any time, provided that the terms of a specific Event Options will not be changed once it has commenced. In the event of market disruption, technical failure, legal developments, or any force majeure event, Coincall may suspend settlement or cancel affected contracts. Affected users may or may not receive refunds depending on the nature of the disruption.
 
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved by arbitration under the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in Singapore, in English, by a single arbitrator. The award shall be final and binding.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
