Coincall Campaign & Promotion Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: 5 January 2025

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all campaigns, promotions, giveaways, competitions, and reward programs (collectively, “Promotions”) offered by Coincall (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By participating in any Promotion, you (“User”) agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as the Coincall Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

Eligibility and Participation

To participate in any Coincall Promotion, Users must:

Register a valid Coincall account through official channels.
Complete all Promotion requirements during the specified campaign period (e.g., trading volume, deposits, KYC).
Meet any additional criteria stated in the specific Promotion announcement.
Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and platform rules.

Each participant may only operate one Coincall account for Promotion participation purposes, unless otherwise expressly permitted in writing by Coincall. Use of multiple accounts (including via identity concealment, proxies, or third parties) is strictly prohibited and may result in disqualification and suspension from all future campaigns.Only one account per participant is allowed unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Campaign Rules and Mechanics

Each Promotion has distinct rules, conditions, and timeframes, outlined in the specific campaign announcement.
Users are responsible for reading and complying with all requirements.
Coincall reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any Promotion at its sole discretion.

Disqualification and Prohibited Conduct

Coincall is committed to fair and transparent campaigns. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification or forfeiture of rewards:

Wash trading, self-trading, artificial volume generation, or any manipulation of trading activity.
Operating multiple accounts, using fake identities, or engaging in coordinated trading to exploit rewards.
Submitting false KYC documents or fraudulent information.
Exploiting system mechanics or engaging in behavior that undermines the fairness of the campaign.
Use of automated tools, bots, or collusion to gain an unfair advantage.

Coincall may disqualify any user if it has reason to believe the user’s participation strategy is inconsistent with the spirit of the campaign or harmful to the platform ecosystem.

Coincall reserves the right to disqualify or reject any user it reasonably suspects of violating the above.

Verification and Audit Rights

Coincall may conduct checks before or after rewards are distributed, including verification of user identity, account activity, and transaction history.
Users may be required to submit additional documents or information to validate their eligibility.
Failure to comply with verification requests will result in forfeiture of any potential rewards.
Coincall reserves the right to perform manual or automated reviews at any time. Accounts flagged for unusual patterns (e.g., sudden activity spikes, suspicious IP/device usage, or identical transaction structures) may be investigated and subject to delayed or denied rewards.

Reward Distribution and Limitations

Rewards will be distributed only to eligible, verified users who have completed all campaign requirements.
Coincall may delay or withhold distribution of rewards during investigations of suspicious behavior or non-compliance.
Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may be subject to additional terms such as lock-up periods or usage restrictions.
Details of reward structures will be defined in each campaign’s announcement.
Coincall reserves the right to cap, reallocate, or withhold rewards from users deemed ineligible or found in breach of campaign integrity.
Any user who is found to have violated the Terms, even after reward distribution, may be required to return the rewards or equivalent value upon demand.

Final Decision Rights

All decisions by Coincall in relation to Promotions are final and binding.
This includes decisions on user eligibility, compliance reviews, disqualifications, and reward distribution.
Coincall may interpret these Terms and the rules of each campaign in its sole discretion.

Amendment and Termination

Coincall reserves the right to:

Cancel, extend, suspend, or terminate any campaign at any time.
Modify these Terms or the terms of a specific campaign without prior notice.
Take appropriate legal or administrative action in response to suspected fraud or manipulation.

Users are advised to check the Terms regularly for updates.

Jurisdiction and Legal Compliance

Promotions are not open to users in jurisdictions where participation is prohibited by law. It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure compliance with local regulations.

Coincall will not be held liable for:

User error or failure to meet requirements.
Technical failures, service disruptions, or force majeure events.
Denial of rewards to users engaged in prohibited conduct.

9. Fair Participation Policy

Coincall’s campaigns are intended to reward genuine users who support and contribute positively to the platform. We actively monitor for signs of manipulation, reward farming, and coordinated abuse. Users who attempt to “game” the system may be permanently disqualified from future Promotions, have their rewards forfeited, and face account restrictions.

Coincall reserves full discretion in determining whether a user’s activity aligns with the platform’s values and intended campaign goals.

Coincall’s Promotions are intended to reward genuine users who trade responsibly. Abuse and manipulation harm the integrity of these initiatives and the trust of our community.
