Balanced Orders
1. Overview
The Balanced Orders feature (the "Feature") enables users to divide a single order or multiple orders into several smaller orders (“Split Orders”) for staged execution. The Feature is intended to provide additional flexibility in managing position exposure, particularly in volatile or low-liquidity market conditions.
By enabling or using this Feature, the user acknowledges that they understand the operational logic of Balanced Orders and accept all associated risks that may arise from order execution, market fluctuations, and system behaviors related to this Feature.
2. Order Execution and Behavior
Balanced Orders are submitted and executed independently based on prevailing market conditions. Execution prices, order priority, time-in-force, and fill ratios may differ across Split Orders.
The platform does not guarantee the execution of all Split Orders, the achievement of displayed or indicative pricing, or any particular execution sequence or speed. Market volatility, liquidity fluctuations, or network/system latency may result in slippage, partial fills, delayed execution, or non-execution.
3. Risk Disclosure
Users should be aware that use of the Balanced Orders feature may introduce or increase certain risks, including but not limited to:
- Market price fluctuations and increased exposure volatility.
- Increased or uneven exposure due to staggered execution.
- Differences in effective average execution price across Split Orders.
- Delayed or failed order placement due to network or market conditions.
- Potential for forced liquidation in the event of adverse price movement.
The Platform does not represent or imply that this Feature reduces trading risk or improves execution efficiency.
4. Liability Disclaimer
Under any circumstances, including but not limited to order cancellation, excessive slippage, failed execution, technical issues, or forced liquidation, the platform shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other losses or damages incurred by the user.
This Feature is provided on an execution-only, non-advisory basis. Users must independently monitor risk, margin, exposure, and positions at all times.
5. Acceptance of Terms
By enabling or using the Balanced Orders Feature, the user agrees to be bound by this Policy and the Platform's Terms of Use. The platform may modify, suspend, or terminate the Feature at any time without prior notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any updates.
