Temporary Suspension of Deposits and Withdrawals via the TON Network – Coincall

Dear Coincall Users,

Due to technical maintenance by our custody service provider, Coincall has temporarily suspended deposits and withdrawals via the TON network until further notice.

The TON network is currently disabled on Coincall.

Deposits and withdrawals on all other supported networks remain available and are unaffected by this maintenance.

What You Need to Know

Deposits: Please do not send funds to Coincall via the TON network during maintenance. Any deposits made during this period may experience delays in being credited, even after confirmation on the blockchain.
Withdrawals: Withdrawals via the TON network are temporarily unavailable.
Service restoration: Deposits and withdrawals will resume once maintenance is complete and service availability is confirmed. We will publish a further announcement when services are restored.

If you have already submitted a deposit via the TON network and it has not been credited, please contact Coincall Customer Support with your transaction details.
