CALL Staking User Agreement – Coincall Exchange

Dear Coincall users,

1. Coincall launches CALL Staking as an innovative product. You can use your Earn Assets as a margin for futures and options trading through staking CALL, Coincall platform token.

2. When you agree to use Coincall CALL Staking, you unconditionally accept all the terms and QA of coincall.com and authorize coincall.com to collateral the Earn Assets with the platform rules.

2.1 The rules of Coincall CALL Staking are as follows:

Applicable only for futures and options trading.
Limited to Multi-currency Margin and Portfolio Margin modes; Single-currency Margin is not supported.
Currently, only USDT earn assets can be used as margin.
Applicable earn products currently include Simple Earn and Sofa Rangebound.

After staking CALL, you can immediately use your collateral for trading.
The more CALL you stake, the higher the collateral rate for your margin.
Example of collateral calculation:

Stake 10,000 CALL with a collateral rate of 70%.

If you subscribe to an Earn product with 1,000 USDT, then 700 USDT can be used as a margin.

*Coincall may adjust the staking amounts and collateral rates, so please refer to the latest updates.

2.2 Redemption:

2.2.1 After requesting redemption, you must wait 7 days for the redeemed CALL to be credited.

2.2.2 During the redemption process, the redeemed CALL will no longer count towards the staking amount but will remain frozen.

2.2.3 After initiating redemption, the staking level and margin benefits will be updated immediately. Please be aware of the potential liquidation risks due to changes in your account margin.

3. Once you start using Coincall CALL Staking, you agree to Coincall's reasonable allocation and delivery of interest in accordance with the platform rules.

4. When using Coincall CALL Staking, you acknowledge and accept that you fully understand the risks of cryptocurrency investments and agree to act cautiously. You agree that all investments and trades carried out on coincall.com represent your true investment intentions, and you acknowledge the risks associated with your investment decisions.

5. When you use Coincall CALL Staking, you should comply with national and regional laws and regulations and ensure the source of your assets is legally compliant.

6. When using Coincall CALL Staking, you acknowledge and understand the risks of investing in blockchain-enabled digital assets.

7. Coincall reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Coincall CALL Staking. Coincall may suspend or terminate the Coincall CALL Staking Service whenever necessary.

8. Coincall reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time and disclose the modification by posting it on the website without notice. If you continue to use Coincall CALL Staking, you accept and agree to be bound by any and all revised agreements.

9. Delays, suspensions, terminations, or deviations from the normal operations of Coincall CALL Staking may occur due to network delays, computer system failures, or other possible force majeure reasons. Coincall will attempt, but can not guarantee, to maintain stable and effective operations of Coincall CALL Staking. However, Coincall is not responsible for any unexpected results caused by the aforementioned or related reasons.

10. This user agreement may be interpreted in different languages. If there is any inconsistency, the English version shall prevail.

As a user, I have read and agree to the Coincall CALL Staking User Agreement and agree to use the Staking service. I agree with the website's Terms of Service and Risk Disclosure statement. I acknowledge and accept the risks involved in using Coincall CALL Staking.
