I. Generate your Deribit API key

Step 1

Go to www.deribit.com and log in to your account. Open the menu bar at the top right corner and select My Account/Settings/Transaction Log to enter the menu page.

In the image below, find the API in the menu expand page and click on it.

Click “Add a new key”.

Adjust the permissions:

account: read_write

trade: read_write

Others, such as block trade, wallet, and custody, can be kept as none.

A name can contain only letters, numbers, and underscores with no spaces.

The generated API key is shown in Figure 4.

The following is a column-by-column explanation of the above figure.

Client Id: user code.

Client Secret: the secret key.

To the right of the secret key, there is a small button for copying.

The meaning of each Action:

QR Code: Show the password as a QR code for APPs that support scanning codes.

Reset Secret: Do not change the user code, only reset the key once.

Change Scope: Change the permission of the API key.

Change name: Change the nickname of the API key.

Change Whitelisted IPs: Change the IP whitelist address.

Remove Key: Remove the API key.

II. Add Coincall Aggregator with API key

Step 1

Click on the "Wallet" button at the bottom right corner of the App to enter the Aggregator page and add your account.

Or, click on other buttons, then click "Deribit account" at the top right corner of the app to enter the Aggregator page.

Step 2

Copy your Client ID and Client Secret on Deribit.

Step 3

Enter your Read Only API Client ID and Client Secret, then click the “Import” button.
