Delayed or Missing Deposits

Important Things to Note

1. Coincall only accept USDT deposit via ERC20, Solana, Arbitrum one and TRC20 networks, deposit via other networks will cause your asset to be lost and unrecoverable. Please do not use Polygon, BSC20, or other networks for deposit.
2. XRP is a payment ID token, please fill in the payment/Memo ID to prevent losing your XRP deposits.

Checks to be done before submitting a support ticket

1. Check the withdrawal history from the wallet/exchange you withdrew your token from.
2. Copy the transaction ID of your withdrawal and paste it in https://etherscan.io/ (if you use ERC20 network) or https://tronscan.org/ (if you use TRC20 network).
3. Make sure this transaction on the blockchain is already successful.
4. Wait for at least 30 minutes before submitting a support ticket here. Our support team will assist you as soon as possible.
