Troubleshooting Login Issues

If you are experiencing difficulties accessing our service, we have provided a step-by-step guide below to help you troubleshoot the issue.

For Web Browser:

• Restart the browser and make sure it is updated to the latest version.
• Try a different browser or a different device.
• If you are running an adblocker or any other extensions that may interfere with content, please disable it before trying to replicate the issue.
• Please try the incognito mode and other available browsers on your computer.
• Please disable to restart the VPN or other internet tunneling services such as TOR, as these may interfere as well.
• Try clearing your browser cache, along with resetting the Coincall data stored on your browser. Please note this will redirect to the exchange homepage after.

If the issue persists, please submit a ticket here and provide the following information:

• Your device model and operating system details on which this issue occurred e.g. MacBook Pro 13-inch, MacOS Catalina v10.15.6
• Your browser name and version e.g. Chrome 92.0.4515.131 (Official Build) (x86_64)
• What extensions, ad blockers, VPN, or other internet tunneling services such as TOR, if any, you are running on your web browser
• When this issue first began, and if anything else coincided with this
• A screenshot or a video of the issue or of the action that leads to this error/issue

For App:

• Please make sure you have installed the latest version.
• Please try logging out and then logging back into your Coincall account.
• Please try logging in on a different internet network, and disabling a VPN if enabled.
• Please try force quitting the Coincall app to restart the app itself.
• Please try uninstalling and then reinstalling our app as a last resort.

If the issue persists, please submit a ticket here and provide the following information:

• Your device’s model and operating system information (e.g. Android 10.0.1)
• The app version you’re using
• A screenshot or a video of the error or of the action that leads to this issue/error
