Coincall is the first centralized exchange (CEX) to exclusively partner with third-party custodians for asset protection. This means your funds are never stored directly on Coincall but are instead held by regulated and insured custodians for maximum security.
Withdrawal Processing
- Once a withdrawal request is submitted, the system will initiate processing immediately.
- After approval, the assets will be promptly broadcast to the blockchain network for settlement.
- The actual time for funds to be credited may vary depending on:
- Blockchain network congestion
- Technical characteristics of the selected blockchain
- Ongoing system maintenance or upgrades
Most withdrawals are completed within 3 to 60 minutes. Once the assets are sent on-chain, the system typically generates a Transaction Hash (TxID) within 1 to 60 minutes.
