What is Sub-account?

To note, regarding Sub-account:

• Your main account and sub-account (s) have different emails and UIDs. It’s important to double-check the activities between your accounts.
• KYC verification is only required for the main account.

How to Create a Sub-Account?

1. Go to coincall.com/account/subaccount or click the Profile icon, then choose Sub-accounts → Manage Sub-accounts

   

2. On the Sub-account page, click Create New Sub-account

   

3. Name your new Sub-account, then click Confirm

   

4. Your Sub-account will be created, however you need to enable it in order to use it for trading activities. To enable it, click Edit.

   

5. When the pop-up appears, enter your Email, Password, and Email Verification Code.

   

   Please note that you need a different email from your Main Account. So please enter a new email that hasn’t been used to register for a Coincall account. Enter a password, then click Get Code. Enter the code you received in the new email you registered. Once everything is set, click Confirm.

6. Voila! Your Sub-account is now active.

   

   For a better security measure, we strongly suggest you set up the 2-factor authentication for your Sub-account.
