How to Transfer Funds between Main Account and Sub-Accounts

Please note that the access to transfer funds between accounts is only available in your main account.

• Deposit from another wallet/exchange to a sub-account can’t be done, since you can’t generate an address from your sub-accounts.
• User is unable to withdraw or transfer funds from their sub-account(s).

To transfer funds between your accounts, make sure you are accessing your main account.

1. Click your profile icon → choose Sub-account

   

2. On the pop-up message, make sure the ‘Current’ mark is on your Main account. Then choose Manage Sub-accounts

   

3. Scroll down to the Transfer Funds Between Your Accounts section From here, choose the source and destination accounts, preferred coin, and amount. Once you’re set, click Transfer. (Make sure to not exceed your maximum available balance)

   

4. Once the transfer is successful, it will be reflected in the Transfer History and your Sub-account Wallet
