  4. Can I close a prediction early? No. All predictions are settled at expiry only. Early exits are not supported to ensure fair and transparent outcomes.
     
  5. What happens if the price stays the same at the end of the round?  

    If the closing price is exactly equal to the opening price, the round will be considered a "prediction failure," and the invested principal will be lost in full. (Subject to platform rules)
     
  6. How are payouts calculated? Payouts are fixed and transparently displayed before you confirm your prediction. Returns are determined by market-maker pricing and platform settings at the time of trade.
     
  7. When does a daily prediction expire? Daily predictions settle at 08:05 UTC, using the average price from the 30 minutes preceding expiry as the reference.
     
  8. Can I trade on mobile? Yes! Coincall Events Option is optimized for both web and mobile browsers.
     
  9. Is there a leaderboard or ranking system? No. The leaderboard has been removed to create a pressure-free, user-friendly trading environment.
